Welcome to the Newsletter page.

Mike’s tradition of publishing an employment and labour newsletter and articles will continue, in a new format.  Our clients and others are telling us they enjoy Mike’s blog posts. In the past we have distributed our newsletter 3 times a year.  Given the success of the Blog, we will be providing a Michael Weiler Employment + Labour News email summary and links to newer or currently relevant posts 3 times a year – in the Winter, Spring and Fall, and more often as when newsworthy.  And you are invited to visit the Michael Weiler Employment + Labour Blog at any time of the year, for posts as topics arise – see the link at the top of the page to our Blog.

Here on the Newsletter  page we will feature any new or archived in-depth articles and newsletters on current matters of interest to our readers — more UPDATES ARE UNDERWAY – THANK YOU FOR YOUR PATIENCE!

Between the Blog and this Newsletter page, we will cover a broad range of topics alerting you to developments in the various areas of employment and labour law and related fields.  We will continue to provide practical commentary and takeaways so that you can make adjustments to your best practices that are compliant with the current law.

This Newsletter  page will also feature Upcoming Events and Seminars as well as news about Michael Weiler Employment + Labour Law.

If you are not already on Mike’s email list and would like to begin receiving the News on a regular basis please contact Carolyn Weiler at or click on the Subscribe link to the right to sign up on our MailChimp application.
